This recipe is one of my healthy eating staples! I love finding creative ways to eat and cook veggies. When I found out you could turn cauliflower into a pizza crust I got more excited than I’m proud to admit. But it’s really cool. I mean, it is. Right?
Please please please give this recipe a go. I promise it doesn’t taste like vegetables!
Don’t let those cauliflower leaves go to waste! Roast them to make a delicious side dish!
I personally make two of these crusts whenever I cook one, so I can freeze the other one for later use. All you have to do is take it out of the freezer and cook it like normal. It makes for a super quick meal on those days you dont feel like cooking! Who’d have thought there could actually be a healthy frozen pizza?!
